As a valued client or partner, we wanted to take a moment to reach out and notify you of measures our team is taking to prevent the spread within our day-to-day dealings in the real estate industry:
- All seller clients have been contacted to assess their comfort level with regards to proceeding with open houses and showings.
- During any arranged showings or open houses our team will be providing a hand sanitizing station, signage regarding proper etiquette, door stoppers to reduce surface touch, and a sign in sheet.
- We will also be disinfecting all handles and light switches before and after showings.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this pandemic together. Our team is dedicated and will continue to work hard for our buyers and sellers during this time. Although Vancouver’s risk is currently considered low, we believe taking proactive measures early will help reduce the exposure risk for all.
