Mortgage insurers are releasing a program allowing payment deferral up to 6 months (no payments for up to 6 months), re-amortizing your mortgage, capitalizing outstanding interest arrears and special payment arrangements.
These are designed for short term payment relief, lowering your payments, and to help with any financial distress caused by recent events.
