TCMG Tri Cities Mom’s Group was started by Heather Hooton and is a place for local Moms from Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and Burnaby to give and receive support.Ā TCMG operates as an online positive meeting place where 15,000+ women connect, bond, and support each other on the journey of Motherhood. Being a mom is such an amazing rollercoaster of adventure; but it can also be the biggest struggle of our lives.Ā As women and mothers, we should never feel alone; rather feel supported, connected, and empowered.
The outreach of TCMG stretches far beyond the boundaries of the online community, we provide families facing food insecurities with food hampers, clothing, school supplies, holiday help, Christmas Hampers, diapers, formula and so much more. Heather along with Adrienne Lloyd and our team of volunteers are constantly working on fundraising with the main goal of being able support local families in need.
