BREANNE BRYANS – TEAM CO-ORDINATOR
Breanne Bryans, once an Albertan realtor, once an expat has put down roots once and for all in Vancouver, BC. Breanne and her husband’s lives center on their faith but they also spend a heck of a lot of time on their boat with their dog Turkish, entertaining family and friends, crabbing, and visiting the gulf islands and coastal towns of BC.
Breanne loves to dig deep, finding out what makes people tick, and with her quirky sense of humour and creativity, she attributes much of what makes her HER, to being raised in a loving family, spending long Winnipeg winters doing arts and crafts as a child, and countless concerts of indie music as a teen. Breanne surrounds herself with like-minded, often equally creative individuals, and views her close friends as one of the greatest treasures in life.
Starting her career in 2005 as a realtor, within a few years Breanne realized that the parts of real estate she loved most were all behind the scenes. While it was a hard decision to change directions after so much had been invested, switching gears to work in administration was a choice she has never once regretted. An immigrant from Lebanon, Mohamed moved to Canada in 1988 and made the Fraser Valley home. Since 2004, Mohamed has passionately served his clients in real estate across a wide range of product classes from condominiums to multi-phase commercial projects.
From 2009-2012, Mohamed served on the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board overseeing the Business Practices department and the adjudication of best practices, oversight of ethics, disciplinary procedure and complaint investigations of over 300 individual files on behalf of the over 3,000 members.
A results-focused entrepreneur with an MBA education, Mohamed has a flair for relationship focused growth strategies and a strong aptitude for negotiations and structuring of real estate transactions. He is a proven leader of people and driver of financial success in the areas of new business development, sales, marketing and after sales service. SONIA KANG – BUYERS AGENT -FRASER VALLEY
Sonia was born and raised in Surrey, BC. She started her first job at a doctors’ office in grade 9. Fun Fact: That same doctor became one of her first clients when she started doing real estate 15 years later.
She was in the medical field for about 15 years, before she started real estate, and joined the team early in 2018 as a Buyer’s Agent.
As the Buyers Specialist for the Fraser Valley, she dedicates herself to only helping buyers, allowing her to prioritize, getting them into the best homes possible and ensuring our clients get the best dedicated services seamlessly from start to finish.
She loves not only the business aspect of real estate, but being able to help families find and live in their next home.
