One of the biggest misconceptions about today’s real estate market is that every good property requires an immediate decision.

While desirable homes can certainly move quickly, that doesn’t mean buyers should lower their standards or compromise simply because they’re afraid of missing out. In fact, some of the smartest real estate decisions happen because someone had the patience to wait for the right opportunity rather than settling for the first available one.
