That may sound simple, but it’s often where the most important conversations begin. A wish list isn’t just a collection of features. It’s a reflection of how someone wants to live, what compromises they’re willing to make, and which ones they’ll regret making later.
Over the years, we’ve found that buyers who take the time to define their priorities before they start touring homes tend to make more confident decisions. They spend less time chasing listings that don’t truly fit and more time recognizing the right opportunity when it appears.
