It’s easy to become attached to a property after a single showing or to believe your home should sell for more because of the memories you’ve built there. When so much is at stake financially and personally, most people naturally hope their REALTOR® will validate their thinking.
But that’s not always what serves clients best.
One of the responsibilities we take most seriously at WestCoast Living is providing honest advice, even when it’s difficult to hear. We believe our clients hire us for our experience, our perspective, and our willingness to have conversations that protect them from making costly decisions. Sometimes that means delivering exciting news. Other times, it means recommending patience, adjusting expectations, or suggesting that the best decision is to walk away.
