From Brentwood Condo To Burnaby Family Home

Some moves are not just about more square feet. They are about creating room for the next chapter of your life.

This Burnaby family recently went from a 690 sq.ft. condo at Triomphe in Brentwood Park to their very first detached home, gaining about 1350 additional sq.ft. and a whole lot of breathing room. Both homes are in Burnaby, with their new place close to Westridge Elementary and Burnaby North Secondary, so they were able to stay in a community they already loved while upgrading into a home that fits their long term plans.

Here is what they shared in their 5 star Google review after working with Jessica and our team:

“My wife and I had the amazing pleasure of working with Jessica and her team for purchasing a new home and also selling our current place and it could not have gone smoother. Easy to work with, very communicative and everything was explained from the get go. Everyone on the team was simply amazing. If you’re hesitant to use or find a new real estate professional, definitely start here. You can’t go wrong with their exceptional service and support.”

Growing Families, Bigger Homes: How Michelle Turned Stress Into Confidence

Some of the most meaningful moves we get to be part of are the ones that mark a new chapter for a growing family. More toys, more tiny shoes at the door, more noise in the best way. At some point, it also means one big question:

Is it time for more space?

This recent 5 star Google review came from a family who decided the answer was yes. They purchased a presale home and sold their first home so they could make room for three little ones and the life they are building together.

Here is what they shared about working with Michelle on our team:

“We just recently went through the process of purchasing a presale home and selling our first home because it was time for us to get a bigger space for our growing family. What we thought would be a stressful and tedious process, Michelle made it the exact opposite for us and we could not be more grateful.

When Selling Is Hard: Having Someone In Your Corner

Some real estate stories are full of celebration. Keys, smiles, new neighbourhoods.

Others are quieter. A little heavier.

One of our long time clients recently shared a few simple words on Facebook that meant a lot to us:

“We knew we were in trusted hands”

She has worked with WestCoast Living Real Estate Group more than once, with almost a decade between her first experience with us and her most recent sale. Through all the years and everything life brought her way, she never forgot our team.

Her most recent transaction was not an easy one. It came at a stressful time, with layers of emotion and pressure that had very little to do with square footage or market stats.

This is the side of real estate that people do not always talk about, and it is exactly where having someone in your corner matters most.

From Kitsilano Condo To Spacious Townhome: Growing Together Since 2018

Some of our favourite real estate stories are not about a single purchase or sale. They are about the journey. The first set of keys, the growing pains, and the moment when “we think we are ready for more space” finally turns into a move.

This recent ★★★★★ review from one of our long time clients captures exactly that kind of relationship:

“Jason was an all around professional. From sale to purchase we trusted his expertise and it paid off. Very happy to recommend Westcoast Living Real Estate to anyone who is need of an expert and hassle free real estate experience.”

They also highlighted what matters most to us: Positive, Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value.

Finding A First Home In False Creek With Jason On Your Side

Buying your first home in Vancouver is a big moment. There is excitement, a lot of information to process, and often some quiet worry about making a mistake. Having the right person in your corner can completely change how that experience feels.

This recent 5 star Google review came from a first time buyer who purchased a condo in the False Creek area, also known as Olympic Village on Vancouver West. She was referred to Jason and our team and shared this:

“Five stars! Jason and his team are fantastic! I was referred to Jason and the team at WestCoast Living when purchasing my first property in Vancouver. Jason found out what I wanted in a home and we worked together on refining the options in Vancouver. He found listings that fit what I wanted and when it came down to making the offer, Jason and his team supported the entire process and took off a lot of the pressure that first-time home buyers can face. He was extremely responsive with my questions and also clear with what the next steps were. The property he found for me was really the perfect dream so thank you very much!”

Multiple Generations Involved in a real estate Transaction

Helping Aging Parents Downsize While Buying Your First Home

There is a special kind of stress that comes with helping aging parents sell the family home while you are also trying to buy your own first place. You are juggling emotions, timelines, finances, and a lot of “what ifs” for more than one generation at a time.

This recent ★★★★★ Google review came from someone in exactly that situation. A relative referred them to our team to help sell their parents home in Dunbar and to help them find a condo nearby in Mount Pleasant.

Renovating And Selling A Kitsilano Half Duplex From Out Of Town

Every so often, we meet a homeowner whose story captures exactly what we love about real estate. This recent 5 star review came from a seller who owned a front half duplex in Kitsilano, trusted us to manage the renovation and sale, and never had to come into town once.

Their home was listed at $1,725,000 and sold for $1,855,000, after a thoughtful renovation, careful preparation, and a strong launch into the Vancouver market.

From False Creek View to Final Signature: How One Thoughtful Plan Delivered a Dream Result

When our client invited Jessica in for that very first meeting, they were feeling uncertain. Selling a False Creek condo with a million dollar view is exciting, but it also comes with questions. How do you honour the value of that view while the home is still in original condition. How do you navigate tenants, timing, and a shifting market without leaving money on the table.

From the start, our seller shared that what stood out most was Jessica’s priorities. In their words, they quickly felt that Jessica’s “first priority is her client’s satisfaction.” She did not arrive with a canned plan. She arrived ready to listen.

From First Purchase to a Successful Sale: A Story of Trust and Teamwork

Some client relationships stay with you for years and this one is a story we’re especially proud to share.

Back in 2018, this wonderful client wrote us a Google review after purchasing their home:

“If there was one thing we were always sure about throughout this whole process, it was trusting Jessica and Jason. They go above and beyond what’s expected of them, they understood our needs, acted quickly on our behalf, plus really always had a strategy in place to ensure the best chances for us to get what we wanted. We’ve met a lot of realtors throughout this process and it was very obvious early on that Jessica and Jason were the obvious choice. On a totally different caliber. Would never hesitate to recommend them.”

Fast forward to 2024, she returned to us once again, this time to sell the very same home. It’s always special when clients come back years later, not just because of the results, but because it shows how much trust and connection were built the first time around.

Every Review Matters — Thank You for Sharing Your Kind Words

When someone takes the time to share their experience with us, it never goes unnoticed. Recently, one of our clients left this short & sweet Facebook review:

“Friendly and caring! Awesome combination. Really going the extra mile to understand the customers needs.”

It might be brief, but it says everything about what we strive for. At WestCoast Living Real Estate Group, we believe that buying or selling a home isn’t just about the transaction, it’s about people, trust, and care.

Every review, whether it’s a few words or a full story, reminds our team why we love what we do. We’re grateful for every 5-star rating and every bit of feedback from the wonderful clients and partners we’ve worked with across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

If you’ve worked with Jessica Chen and our WestCoast Living team, we’d love to hear from you too. Your words not only brighten our day but also help others find a real estate team they can trust, one that listens, cares, and always goes the extra mile.

Thank you again to this reviewer E.L. for taking the time to share your experience. Your support means so much to all of us.
